I have been on the job market again after 3 years and I’d like to share some of things I have learned during the journey and how I approach the job market after 3 years of experience and working in different places. DISCLAIMER: This is an op-ed article and not a personal attack to anyone. I run and manage a social media platform of nearly 14k people on Instagram and my network on LinkedIn is of nearly 3k folks. I get that your views and experience doesn’t get beyond your nose, but this isn’t the case for me. So if you don’t get it or you aren’t interested, move on and peace out!
